I have paid for both the FIrefox and IE version of the program. After installing these now both Firefox and IE lock up and do not respond sporadically. I really like the program when it works. Is there a fix or something I should do? Thanks. Will

The Firefox and IE versions very different animals, so I'm surprised to hear that both are 'locking up' for you. Responsiveness might be an issue if your machine is slow/old or short of memory. What are your machine stats?
Some new Firefox users install dozens of extensions, almost none of which have been tested against each other. I've spent some time trying to minimize any chance for conflict with HanziBar. Perhaps your problems are due to other extensions; you might experiment removing others to see.
Are your problems with any particular website I might test myself?

Yes unfortunately the main website that crashes is my yahoo.com email in-box. I have tried this on 3 different computers, two newer and one older. Newer running xp home ed and xp pro. Older computer running windowsme. I didn't have the problem until I installed hanzibar. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the help. I still think this is a very cool program.

Well I've tried mail.yahoo.com with both the IE and Firefox versions and I can't get a crash.
Which version are you getting a crash on yahoo? What *language* are you viewing mail in, and what dictionary is loaded? What happens when it crashes?

The trial version seems really good so I bought the IE version.
However I cannot seem to register the software to get it going. It seems pretty simple, enter the username of your email account and then the registry key.
For some reason the software comes up with an email/regkey error.
What am I doing wrong?

Fixed registration problem: it was an email formatting problem in HB IE v1.1

I cannot resize HanziBar IE v1.2 when I use IE7 beta 1.
I know you don't support IE7 yet, but I thought you would like to know.

I'll probably have to add resizing buttons like the FireFox version for IE7. I don't think IE7 allows grippers for toolbars (note: resizing is available now in version 1.3)

Hello,
I've got the Firefox version but where can I get the IE version? I click the IE 'e' on the main page but it directs me to a site not available page.
Please advise. Many thanks,
Lee.

HaniBar will install into Vista Enterprise, but IE7 will not display the HanziBar toolbar. (It works just fine with XP/IE7).

The IE version will have to be updated to work on Vista.
