I have just paid for and installed your Japanese software and it has messed up firefox. 1.There is no icon to press in firefox to start it 2. when I go into "themes"in firefox it hangs, the only thing shown being the "update" button 3.I've uninstalled firefox and reinstalled 3 versions of firefox, each time restarting but to no avail. 4.At no point did it ask me for the reg number after I went to open file in firefox

Dave: This page shows how to display the Hanzibar Button: realimaginary.com/hanzibar/Usage.asp#ButtonWithout using the button you can view the HanziBar using the menu: View/Toolbars/HanziToolbar. The registration entry is from HanziBar's about dialog, chosen from the last item on the dropdown menu. If you're still having problems can you list your system/setup and how many/which other FireFox extensions you've got installed?

I have unistalled this extension, but it persists showing whenever I hover over a word, how do I remove it from my system? The extensions show it as being removed from Firefox 1.5 browser.
Any ideas?

Either you haven't restarted your browser or you've got other extensions doing something similar.

Either you haven't restarted your browser or you've got other extensions doing something similar. Um No. I restarted for an extention to be unload as is the norm. It still ran anyway, it was not listed in the extensions wondow. I only have 4 extensions; Talkback, Google Toolbar, Download Status tool bar, and Fireclocks. I even reinstalled, and unistalled to see If I could clean it out that way. That did nothing to affect the Hanzibar still running as it continiues to do so ever now. I also did a registry clean. Is there any other way to remove this extension, as in where do these files reside that I might delete them, or is there someplace in the about:config section I could remove or change to stop this from running without a complete uninstall of my Firefox installation? Thanks.

After unistalling Firefox and reinstalling everything, You are right. The Googletool bar Word Translator was the icon I was seeing.
My bad. You should delete the post above as it is incorrect.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Hello, yesterday I paid for Hanzibar, but paypal still had my old email address. Hence, I cannot get my key! I email the support and hanzibar accounts on realimaginary.com, but have yet to receive a reply. Please check your mailbox/es and help me out Regards, //Daniel

Version/OperatingSystem/FirefoxVersion?
Does the menu checkmark change?
And in case you're talking about the *page's* fontsize: you can change that with Ctrl-MouseWheel;
